In-Car Battery Charger For Scooters And Wheelchairs

A new charger from Cubeblue, the mobility services and accessories company, allows those who use a scooter or powerchair in and out of a vehicle to charge the battery while driving.
The small, compact Easy Charge 24 fits in the back of the car, a two-metre cable linking the 12v output socket in the boot to the scooter’s or wheelchair’s charge point. The charger only operates when the car is running and, as it monitors the power available, there is no risk of a flat car battery. Indeed, a longer journey should guarantee a full charge, obviating the need to remove the mobility aid’s battery indoors to charge.
